Create your bowl according to your desires

Sit comfortably on the terrace or in the dining room and choose your formula: small bowl or large bowl depending on your appetite. Green salad, Tilques carrot, cauliflower, diced Batistin cheese and even edible flowers will make up your bowl, according to your desires, but also according to the seasons.

Local and regional products

Made up almost exclusively of local and regional products, you will have the opportunity to taste vegetables from surrounding market gardeners. Some are even freshly picked from the nearby Vegetable Garden Conservatory.

You will find...

Among the main suppliers for Bols du Marais, you will find fruits and vegetables from La Cressonnière de Tilques, La Ferme Bédague, du potager à l’assiette in Houlle, as well as l'ilôt Tétard and Natur Paysan. You can also enhance your bowl with, for example, Licques poultry, Batistin cheese from Ferme du Milou. A sprinkle of flax or sesame seeds from Maison Jars can also season the dish.

On the beverage side, the focus is also on local products: La Goudale beer brewed in Arques, or beer from l’Abbaye de Clairmarais; Kombucha from brasserie l’indispensable in the Lille region; La Gosse lemonades, and exclusively, the Marsh Potion created specifically by le Chaudron Helfic.

Finally, to end on a sweet note, you can taste desserts crafted by various local pastry shops, delightful crepes prepared by Ty Breizh creperie, diverse-flavored ice creams from the master glacier from Audomarois, Les Givrés du Cornet, and Didier Boulet coffee from Blendecques.
