La Maison du Marais welcomes families, schools, groups and associations all year round, but it can also become YOUR space.
Do you want to organize a seminar, meeting, training, conference, workshops or any other gathering? We have different adaptable spaces in our premises that can meet your needs.
Here, at the Maison du Marais, everything comes together to enjoy a place of work, discussions, exchanges, creativity, all at the city gates, in a green setting, allowing accessibility and disconnection.
All our rooms can be made available with a large screen with HDMI connection, WIFI access, a flipchart and the necessary furniture (chairs and tables).
The auditorium
Ideal location for a conference or training, capacity of 56 people seated. Can also be used for theater, concerts, public events.
Available in the evening all year round. From October to March, available for rental on Mondays all day. Exceptionally, can be privatized on other days of the week.
Marais and Caps Room
Room suitable for meetings, workshops, conferences, training. Privatizable all year round.
Capacity of 35 people seated in conference format, capacity of 20 people seated in meeting format.
The marsh bowls
Our restaurant room offers you a setting for small meetings, with a direct view of the Marais.
Can be privatized between October and March depending on availability. Exceptionally, privatization is possible with a meal plan from April to September, excluding July/August.
Capacity for 10 people seated.
The hanging garden
To get together in the fresh air, our hanging garden is the ideal place for atypical exchanges in an original setting.
Privatizable all year round. Seated capacity for 20 people in a casual format.
In addition to your space
To welcome your colleagues, remember to reserve, in addition to your meeting space, our reception-café including coffee, tea, fruit juice and pastries.
