Géry Potte doesn't fit the mould. Self-taught, he left Arc International when the company separated from the sector in which he worked. To look after his orchard of just under a hectare and his fruit, which doesn't look much better. Delicious jams, which he has recently started selling under the name Fruits du Vincq.
